Only a complete registration ensures your spot.  Here's what you need and when: Team Registration Form - Due by June 6, 2014      Don't forget to send a check for $400 with the registration! Team Roster - Due by June 17, 2014      emailed to saltcitylaxshootout@gmail.com Player Liability/Medical Waiver - Due before your first game on June 21, 2014      Every player must have a waiver to be eligible to play!  No Exceptions!
